1. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on adda97, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of Bangladesh or are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from adda97 or had an account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a director, employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of adda97 or any of its affiliated game providers.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name , date of birth, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. adda97 reserves the right to request supporting identity documents at any stage of the account lifecycle. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.

adda97 operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. If you already hold an active adda97 account, you must not register a second account. Where duplicate accounts are identified, adda97 will merge or close the duplicate accounts at its sole discretion, and any bonus funds or winnings derived from the duplicate account may be voided.

2. Account Security and Responsibility

You are entirely responsible for the security of your adda97 account credentials. Your username and password must not be disclosed to any other person. adda97 strongly recommends that you:

• Use a unique password not shared with any other online service.
• Enable any additional security features made available by adda97 from time to time.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify adda97 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

adda97 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — whether by you or by any other person using your credentials — is your sole responsibility until such time as you formally notify adda97 of a security incident.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

adda97 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

Deposits: The minimum single deposit is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your adda97 wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider, typically within seconds for mobile money transactions. adda97 does not charge a fee for deposits, though your mobile money provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum single withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed to your registered mobile money account during standard operating hours. adda97 targets a processing time of fifteen minutes for standard withdrawal requests, though processing times may extend during periods of high volume or where identity verification is outstanding. adda97 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before releasing any withdrawal.

Verification: adda97 may apply enhanced due diligence procedures to accounts where cumulative deposits or withdrawals exceed specified thresholds. In such cases, you will be required to submit government-issued photo identification and proof of your registered payment method before further transactions are processed.

adda97 does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency, credit card payments, or bank wire transfers at this time. Any funds received via an unapproved payment channel will be returned to their source and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

adda97 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, including but not limited to minimum deposit requirements, eligible games, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits during bonus play, and expiry dates.

General bonus conditions that apply across all adda97 promotions unless specifically stated otherwise:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible player, household, IP address, device, and payment method unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• The maximum bet permitted while a bonus is active is ৳500 per round or spin unless otherwise specified. Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings accumulated during that session.
• adda97 reserves the right to withhold, reclaim, or void any bonus where it reasonably suspects abuse, exploitation, or where the bonus was awarded in error.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.

adda97 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is discontinued mid-campaign, adda97 will honour any bonus already credited to player accounts subject to the original terms of that promotion.

5. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on adda97 — whether on sports markets, live casino tables, slot games, or arcade-style titles — are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or market. It is your responsibility to read and understand those rules before placing any wager. adda97 is not responsible for losses incurred due to a player's misunderstanding of game mechanics or betting rules.

The following general conduct rules apply to all betting activity on adda97:

• Bet confirmation: A bet is considered accepted only once you have received a confirmation reference from the adda97 system. Verbal communication, screenshots taken before confirmation, or browser-side records do not constitute proof of bet acceptance.
• Obvious errors: adda97 reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred. This includes odds or payout rates that are clearly incorrect relative to the true market. adda97 will notify affected players and return staked amounts to their wallets.
• Match result disputes: For sports betting, adda97 uses the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). Results are final once confirmed. Subsequent appeals or corrections by the governing body after settlement will not be considered unless adda97 determines at its sole discretion that the correction materially alters a settled outcome.
• Collusion and fraud: Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, collude with other players, use automated betting software, or exploit system vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited. adda97 employs real-time monitoring tools to detect irregular betting patterns. Accounts found to be engaged in fraudulent activity will be permanently closed and funds may be withheld pending investigation.

6. Responsible Gaming Obligations

adda97 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform provides all registered players with access to the following self-management tools:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Session time alerts: Configure reminders that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from all adda97 services. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the adda97 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game assets, software, and the overall site design — is the intellectual property of adda97 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting entertainment purposes.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any part of the adda97 platform or its content without the prior written consent of adda97. Scraping, mirroring, framing, or data-mining any portion of the platform is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, adda97 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the adda97 platform. This includes, without limitation:

• Loss of funds due to internet connectivity issues, device failure, or third-party payment provider outages.
• Losses resulting from system downtime, scheduled maintenance, or force majeure events.
• Any decision made by adda97 to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account in accordance with these Terms.
• Losses arising from your use of a third party's credentials or your account being accessed by an unauthorised person.

adda97 makes no warranty that the platform will be available continuously or free of errors. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable. During unscheduled outages, adda97's liability is limited to the return of stakes on any affected bets that cannot be settled.

9. Privacy and Data Use

adda97 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By creating an adda97 account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data used for account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and platform improvement purposes.

adda97 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with game providers, payment processors, and regulatory bodies to the extent necessary to operate the platform and comply with applicable obligations.

10. Amendments, Termination, and Governing Terms

adda97 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, adda97 will publish a notice on the platform homepage and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the adda97 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those changes.

adda97 may terminate or suspend your account with or without notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• adda97 is required to do so by a legal or regulatory obligation.
• adda97 reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your account.
• You request account closure via [email protected].

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your adda97 wallet (net of any voidable bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and adda97 in respect of your use of the platform. These Terms are governed by the principles of fair dealing and are intended to be interpreted in a manner consistent with their plain English meaning.
